TEAM LEADER

The ideal candidate will oversee the cleaning services within their site. You will manage a team of Cleaners and will provide the necessary training and support to ensure all cleaning services are undertaken within an agreed timeframe and delivered to Company standards.
Tasks:

Assist in the planning of an appropriate cleaning service taking into account any special requirements of the client

Ensure the team follows the cleaning scope and makes necessary adjustments when required

Ensure that the team is always in full company uniform.

Ensure all cleaning materials are stored in accordance with COSHH safety standards and the stock control system is in place and managed effectively

Ensure current Health and Safety, Environmental Health and Hygiene Standards and other appropriate regulations have procedures implemented and maintained across the site

All cleaning equipment and machinery are used and maintained to a safe and secure standard
GENERAL OPERATIVE

We are seeking a Cleaning Operative to join our hard-working team. The ideal individual will be flexible, efficient, proactive, and enjoy working as part of a team.
The day-to-day duties and tasks of the cleaning operatives are listed below.
Tasks:

To follow delegation/instruction from site supervisor and /or team leader

Complete all training as identified by the company

Follow safety rules, including wearing protective equipment and reporting any accidents, incidents, and near misses from a safety perspective

Ensuring areas are clean and sanitized

Interact with company systems/apps when required (GPS based)

Following government guidelines regarding COVID-19 regulations
