Erica is responsible for developing and delivering the strategic plan of Sea Clean Cleaning Solutions Ltd. Her background is in Finance and IT, so with that she brings a wealth of experience to the company. She is key and culpable for the overall performance of the company. Her hands on approach is integral in maintaining client relationship.
Pauline Hunter has worked with Sea Clean since 2012. Her present role within the Company is Area Manager. This role requires staff management, site risk assessment, site visits and to ensure that all site team leaders have the back up, assistance and guidance that is required in order to manage each site to our high standards.
Previously to working in Sea Clean, Pauline was self employed managing a busy coffee shop in Malahide for 5years. She also has 25years background in car hire, where she was the General Manager of the Dublin airport branch. She is also a huge fan of tea & a massive dog loverJ
Michele graduated with Advertising and Marketing in 2010 from Rio Branco, University, Brazil. She was employed by BFBIZ, Brazil as a Marketing Analyst from 2010 – 2014. Michele immigrated to Ireland in 2014 and has been employed with Sea Clean since April 2016. Michele is responsible for the administrative activities within the Company and has also implemented new technology procedures for all staff. With social media skills and design knowledge she has introduced the Company to new trends. She has proven herself to be most valuable to the company and has a good working relationship with both staff and management.
Sabina graduated in Hotel Technical & Tourism in 2007 in Poland. She has previous experience in telecommunications as a Regional Manager for 2yrs. When Sabina arrived in Ireland she worked as a Letting Agent, thereafter she entered the area of Contract Cleaning. From 2013 – 2015 she was employed as a Cleaning Manager in a bar / restaurant / night club where she gained a great deal of experience in the cleaning industry and managing of staff. Sabina joined Sea Clean end of 2015 and has excelled in her position within the Company.
